Another Valuable Experience in My Life..

20 August 2008, I woke up early in the morning and get ready with my pakaian smart seluar dockers, baju petak2 and kasut kulit hitam... yes, i'm going to Mahkamah Majistert Balik Pulau Penang. I am a bit nervous; mesti la ba kan kena panggil masuk mahkamah. I was charged under Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987, memandu kenderaan dengan cukai jalan tamat tempoh.

On the way pigi Balik Pulau, i saw flyover sana sini under construction. I cant imagine macamna rupa dia lepas siap. Mesti cantik kan.. And imagine same flyover or highway kena bikin from KK to Ranau across all over the hills.. well...[sigh]!!!

Sampai di mahkamah around 8.20am..

About 30 people already in the mahkamah terbuka with various offenses.
And i saw sabahan lawyer if not mistaken Vinsis nama dia [betulis di name tag].. And I'm the third person yang di bicarakan..

9.00am sharp Majistret masuk
[polis]: semua bangun..!!!

[Me]: Ya saya (sambil mengangkat tangan dan berdiri dengan muka minta kesian..then jalan pigi depan)
[pendakwaraya]: pada 12 June 2008 and telah didapati menunggang motosikal yang cukai jalanya telah tamat tempoh.. selain itu insurance kendaraan anda juga telah tamat tempoh.. mengaku salah atau tidak..!!
[Me]: saya mengaku salah puan..
[pendakwaraya]: (facing to the Majistret with a loud voice)..dia mengaku salah Tuan..
[majistret]: (angguk kepala)..
[pendakwaraya]: ada apa2 nak cakap..??
[Me]: (speechless)..
[pendakwaraya]: hang ni kerja apa??
[Me]: penganggur puan.. (i'm in between job actually)..
[pendakwaraya]: (facing to the Majistret with a loud voice).. dia penganggur Tuan..!!!
[majistret]: Rm150 untuk kesalahan pertama..!!

With a red face and agak malu sikit, saya trus ambik surat (i forgot apa nama surat tu) and masuk bilik tempat membayar saman.. so dalam satu hari melayang la RM150 yang sepatutnya peruntukan untuk beli 2 crate b**r.. Anyway, it was a valuable experience for me.. One of the ilmu i've learned in penang before i go back to KK..muahahahaha..!!!!

Leaving Penang for good was not an easy decision for me. Frankly, I am bit panic when I’m thinking back that I will work in Sabah, may be forever, with my own kaki logop people. Yup i have to be strong.. strong in moginum and everything.. i've been in Penang for almost 10years now.. and i've learnt a lot..dari moginum sampai menigup, semua la..so, at least i have all these ilmu before i go back to sabah.. the most important things, i must be strong in moginum.. hahaha..

[this is one of the effect when you drink that magic water.. it might distort you face.. sigh]
